SHIPMENTS 

• Orders are handled within 48 hours of acceptance 
• We ship throughout Italy with TNT courier 
• At the time of shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number 
• Once the goods have been shipped, you will receive them within 3 working days 
• Possibility of free withdrawal at our Boutique 
• Free shipping costs for orders over € 400.00

RETURNS 

• Returns are NOT free (unless it is returned by hand at our Boutique)
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the goods 
• We recommend that you try on the garments with the utmost care and wear the shoes only on a carpet; damaged items cannot be reimbursed.
• Returns without tags, warranty seals or damaged will NOT be accepted
• Any products that do not comply with these conditions will be returned at your expense to the delivery address
• The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.
