Refund policy
- Return NOT free ( unless it is returned in person at our Boutique)
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods
- We recommend trying on the items with the utmost care and wearing shoes only on a carpet; damaged items cannot be refunded.
- Returns without tags, warranty seals, or damaged items are NOT accepted
- Any products not conforming to these conditions will be returned at your expense to the delivery address
- The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.
- The refund will be issued within 3 working days from the day of receipt of the return at our headquarters.
